Add that MAC address in your 4KIPTV dashboard under Devices → Add portal device.

On the box, open Settings → Servers → Portals.

Set Portal 1 name to 4KIPTV and Portal 1 URL to the portal address shown in your dashboard.

If something goes wrong
Troubleshooting on MAG box
